What You'll Do:

• Own the full accounts receivable cycle-billing, posting, and reconciling
• Keep a close eye on outstanding balances and follow up proactively
• Apply payments accurately and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Prepare aging reports and assist with collections when needed
• Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What We're Looking For:

• Education and/or Experience:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or
• 3+ years of hands-on AR or accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AR processes and GAAP principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Great communicator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues
